What does WESTORA sell?
WESTORA offers vintage-inspired, graphic, and washed apparel designed for everyday wear. Product availability, colors, and sizes may vary by collection.
How do I choose the right size?
Use our Size Guide and compare your body measurements with the chart. For a more relaxed or oversized look, consider sizing up. If a product has unique sizing, the information on that product page takes priority over the general Size Guide.
Are the shirts designed for an oversized fit?
Many WESTORA styles have a relaxed silhouette. Check the fit description on the product page before ordering, as the cut may vary between products.
How long does order processing take?
Orders normally require 1–3 business days for verification, preparation, and dispatch. Weekends and U.S. public holidays are not business days.
How long does delivery take?
Estimated transit time within the United States is 8–15 business days after the order has been dispatched. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed delivery date.
How can I track my order?
After your order ships, we will send a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Tracking may take 24–72 hours to show its first update after the carrier receives the package.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Contact service@westoraco.com as soon as possible. We will try to help, but changes and cancellations are not guaranteed after processing or fulfillment has started.
Do you accept returns?
Yes. Eligible items may be returned within 30 days after delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and returned with original tags and packaging. Contact us before sending a return.
Do you offer exchanges?
Yes, eligible items may be exchanged for another available size or item. Exchanges are subject to stock availability. Customers are responsible for ordinary return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect.
What if I received a damaged or incorrect item?
Contact service@westoraco.com within 7 days of delivery and include your order number and clear photos. If the issue is confirmed, we will provide an appropriate replacement, exchange, or refund at no additional return-shipping cost to you.
Why does the color look slightly different from the website?
Washed and garment-dyed products may have natural variations in color, fading, texture, and print appearance. Screen settings and lighting can also affect how colors appear online. These small variations are part of the character of the garment and are not normally considered defects.
