• Order processing: 1–3 business days
• Estimated U.S. transit time: 8–15 business days after dispatch
• Tracking information is emailed after shipment
• Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, address issues, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control

Returns

Eligible items may be returned within 30 days after delivery. Returned merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and in original condition with tags and packaging.

Customers are responsible for ordinary return shipping costs. WESTORA covers reasonable return shipping when the item received is confirmed to be damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Exchanges

Eligible items may be exchanged, subject to availability. To request a return or exchange, email service@westoraco.com before sending the item back.
