These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of WESTORA’s website, online store, products, content, and related services (collectively, the “Services”). “WESTORA,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to the operator of the WESTORA store.

By visiting the website, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and the policies incorporated by reference. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1. Eligibility and Authority

You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction. If you use the Services for another person or organization, you represent that you have authority to act for and bind that party.

2. Store Platform

Our store is hosted by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform used to offer products and process transactions. Shopify and integrated service providers may apply their own terms and privacy notices to their independent services.

3. Accounts

If customer accounts are available, you are responsible for providing accurate information, protecting credentials, and all activity conducted through your account. Notify us promptly of suspected unauthorized access. We may suspend or close accounts used unlawfully, fraudulently, or in violation of these Terms.

4. Product Information

We try to describe products, colors, materials, measurements, images, features, and prices accurately. However:

• Screen settings and lighting may affect color appearance.
• Garment-dyed and washed products may have natural variations.
• Measurements may vary slightly because of manufacturing and measurement methods.
• Product packaging, labeling, or minor details may change without materially changing the product.

5. Availability and Purchase Limits

Products are subject to availability. We may limit quantities per person, household, account, payment method, or order. Placing an item in a cart does not reserve it. We may discontinue products or collections without notice.

6. Prices, Currency, and Taxes

Prices are displayed in the currency shown on the website, normally U.S. dollars for U.S. customers. Applicable taxes, shipping charges, discounts, and fees are shown at checkout where required.

If a clear pricing or promotional error occurs, we may correct it and give you the choice to accept the corrected price or cancel the affected order for a refund.

7. Payment

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing and payment information. Payment is subject to authorization by the payment provider. We may delay, reject, or cancel transactions associated with payment failure, suspected fraud, unauthorized activity, or security concerns.

8. Orders and Acceptance

An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order but does not guarantee acceptance. An order is accepted when it is fulfilled or otherwise expressly accepted by WESTORA.

We may reject or cancel an order because of inventory errors, pricing errors, payment problems, suspected fraud, shipping restrictions, policy violations, or other legitimate reasons. If we cancel a paid order, we will issue an appropriate refund.

9. Order Changes and Cancellations

Contact us promptly to request an order change or cancellation. We will try to assist, but requests are not guaranteed after processing begins. Shipped orders cannot be canceled and must follow the applicable return process.

10. Shipping and Delivery

Processing and delivery estimates are described in the Shipping Policy. You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.

If we cannot ship within the stated time, we will provide the notice and options required by applicable law, which may include agreeing to a revised date or canceling the unshipped order for a refund.

11. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

Returns, exchanges, damaged products, and refunds are governed by the Refund, Return & Exchange Policy. Those terms are incorporated into these Terms.

12. Promotions, Discounts, and Gift Cards

Promotions may be subject to eligibility, dates, product exclusions, purchase thresholds, and quantity limits. Unless stated otherwise, offers cannot be combined, exchanged for cash, or applied retroactively. We may cancel or correct promotions affected by abuse, technical error, or fraud.

Gift cards, if offered, are subject to applicable law and any terms shown at purchase.

13. Intellectual Property

The Services and their content—including names, logos, graphics, photographs, product designs, text, videos, layouts, and software—are owned by or licensed to WESTORA and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may use the website for personal, noncommercial shopping purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, sell, scrape, republish, or commercially exploit protected content without written permission.

14. Reviews and User Content

If you submit a review, photograph, comment, or other content, you represent that it is truthful, lawful, and yours to submit. You grant WESTORA a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, adapt, publish, display, and use the content in connection with operating and promoting the Services.

We may moderate content containing personal information, spam, unrelated advertising, infringement, abuse, deception, or unlawful material. We do not remove reviews solely because they express a negative opinion.

15. Prohibited Conduct

You may not:

• Use the Services for unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, or abusive purposes
• Submit false billing, identity, review, or account information
• Attempt unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data
• Transmit malicious code or interfere with website operation or security
• Use automated tools to scrape or overload the Services unlawfully
• Infringe intellectual-property, privacy, publicity, or other rights
• Engage in payment abuse, chargeback fraud, or unauthorized resale activity

16. Third-Party Services and Links

The Services may link to or integrate payment providers, carriers, social platforms, applications, and other third parties. WESTORA does not control independent third-party services and is not responsible for their availability, content, terms, security, or privacy practices.

17. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Services are provided on an “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted website availability, error-free operation, or that every product will meet subjective expectations.

Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties, remedies, or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

18. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, WESTORA will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from use of the Services or products.

Where liability cannot be excluded, liability will be limited only to the maximum extent allowed by applicable law. Some jurisdictions do not permit particular exclusions or limitations, so they may not apply to you.

19. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold WESTORA harmless from claims, losses, and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful use of the Services, breach of these Terms, or violation of another party’s rights.

20. General Provisions and Contact

These Terms, together with incorporated policies, form the agreement concerning the Services. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect. Failure to enforce a term does not waive it.

These Terms are governed by applicable laws of the United States and other applicable laws, without excluding mandatory consumer protections. WESTORA should add its specific state and venue after confirming its legal place of establishment.

We may update these Terms prospectively by posting a revised version and updated date.
